Eligibility & Age Requirements

3.1 Access to the dk77 Platform and all its gambling services is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is enforced without exception.

3.2 By registering an Account, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence;

• You are not acting on behalf of another person;

3.3 dk77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by dk77 will result in immediate Account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

3.4 Where dk77 determines that a player was under 21 years of age at the time of registration or at any time during their use of the Platform, dk77 shall close the Account, void all transactions, and report the matter to the relevant licensing authority. Any funds deposited by an underage player shall be returned less any winnings already paid, which dk77 is entitled to reclaim.

Account Registration & Management

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each player may hold only one registered Account on the dk77 Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — regardless of the reason, including to access a second welcome bonus or to circumvent a previous account restriction — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 Registration Requirements. To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password or OTP codes with any third party, including individuals purporting to be dk77 staff. dk77 will never request your password. Any compromise of your credentials must be reported to dk77 support immediately.

4.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). dk77 applies KYC procedures in accordance with international gaming licensing standards. Refusal or failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe entitles dk77 to suspend or close your Account.

4.6 Account Inactivity. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. dk77 may apply an administrative charge of PKR 200 per month to dormant accounts after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered mobile number. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period without further notice.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. dk77 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly specified otherwise for cryptocurrency transactions.
